  3. WinECJ Dynamic Link Library version 1.1

  5. WinECJ DLL features a JPEG decoding routine that client applications
  6. can incorporate for fast JPEG decoding. An application program calls
  7. ECJ_Decode() the same way it calls any other Windows routines.
  8. Upon completion a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) is returned.

  12. - New entry point for decoding bitstreams in memory (OLE support?)
  13. - Callback mechanism can now be disabled (for Visual Basic?)
  14. - Fixed major bug in half size rendering - much better quality now :-)

  24. WinECJ DLL can be freely distributed and used for private purposes,
  25. provided all the above files are included with no modifications.
